I stumbled upon a bread cafe in Bupyeong, Incheon by chance.
I didn’t have high expectations, but… (usually when this happens, it’s a jinx that leads to finding a hidden gem)
The coffee taste was comparable to typical cafes like Starbucks, and I was surprised by the extensive selection of various bakery items in a spacious venue.
During brunch time event, enjoying sandwiches with coffee for less than 10,000 won brought happiness.
Until then, I didn’t have high expectations for cafes…
But once I went up to the second floor, I was amazed by its scale.
One of the advantages of Bupyeong Bread Cafe Grand Pang is the convenient parking.
With ample parking space and dedicated parking management, you can stay without worrying about parking.
A bakery cafe in Bupyeong introduced by a national master baker with 30 years of experience.
From organic ice cream from Sanghamokjang Farm to premium cakes, sweet bread, rusks, bagels, cookies, sandwiches, and snacks for brunch, the place turned out to be larger than expected.
Indeed, having a national representative master baker seemed to create a wide variety.
Various scones, tarts, and pound cakes made me want to try them all…
These days, I feel a craving for baking and pastry.
Maybe I should learn baking and pastry making? It seems like a skill I might try someday.
Sweet cream rice cakes, red bean buns…
Although sweet cream rice cakes seemed unfamiliar at first…
The combination of sweet cream and red beans next to each other is one of my favorite combinations.
They seemed to be popular as the surrounding breads disappeared quickly.
Large and small cakes…
The moment I saw cakes displayed in the showcase, I thought about getting one from Grand Pang Cafe for someone’s birthday.
They seemed to beckon me to take a look.
Mont Blanc, chocolate bread, chocolate pie…
There were so many bakery items that I didn’t know what to choose, but they seemed to satisfy both my eyes and taste buds.
Pastries…
While most bakery cafes just have the basics, Bupyeong Bread Cafe Grand Pang seemed genuine.
Sweet pumpkin castella…
It seemed to be the epitome of sweetness and softness.
Premium cookie sets…
The interior is spacious.
The soft lighting created a nice atmosphere, suitable for conversations.
Blueberry and various seasonal fruits adorned the piece cakes…
And pies.
The sweet tiramisu seems ready to delight my eyes and taste buds.
Garlic bread…
Brown sugar, onion rusks…
Snacks for a casual drink.
Sandwiches…
I’m not particularly fond of sandwiches, but the sandwiches at Bupyeong Bakery Cafe caught my eye with their unique visuals.
Seasonal fruit salad…
Chicken breast salad…
There might be nothing better for brunch.
They seem to be popular and likely to sell out quickly.
In the late afternoon, with a few pieces of bread, the slightly declined Americano, and a cup of coffee, it was a perfect setting for a meeting.
The clear sunlight coming through the large main window, combined with the indoor lighting, seemed to contribute to the popularity of Incheon Bupyeong Bread Cafe.
With its grand and spacious store and a variety of bakery items, it was an attractive place.
Bupyeong Bread Cafe Grand Pang is slightly off the beaten path from Bupyeong downtown. Nevertheless, it’s quite popular, drawing many customers.
