We stopped by on our way back home. After ordering, it took about 5 minutes for the food to come out. (It might be less crowded because it was in the morning.)

From 9 AM to 8 PM You have to place your last order 30 minutes before closing. You need to arrive by 7:30 PM to get delicious Sokcho Dakgangjeong and enjoy it with a drink at your accommodation.
It seems like you can also dine in. You can sit and eat, but the atmosphere isn’t quite suitable for a relaxed meal.
You can order conveniently at the kiosk. There was one kiosk, but if there are many people, you might have to line up.
Coke is a must with Dakgangjeong. Water is self-serve and free.
The packaging is pretty good. It looks high quality. Dakgangjeong tastes good even when it’s cold, so you can bring it from Sokcho to Seoul without losing its flavor.
I chose the slightly less spicy Dakgangjeong. It had a good balance of spicy, sour, and sweet flavors. Seeing this makes me crave a beer again. Actually, it makes me want to go back to Sokcho.
Honestly, Sokcho Dakgangjeong tastes pretty similar wherever you get it. However, people have their own preferences, and Jungang Dakgangjeong was a good choice.
