Dining at HiFi – Inspire Hotel & Resort in Yeongjongdo, Incheon
During a visit to the famous Inspire Hotel & Resort in Yeongjongdo, Incheon, I had the chance to try out one of its dining spots, HiFi. This stylish restaurant became the perfect place for us to enjoy hearty dishes like seafood ramen, seafood sujebi (hand-torn noodle soup), and even tteokbokki. Here’s a recap of the experience.
Parking and First Impressions
Most guests usually use the tower parking lot, which is convenient and accessible. The photo above shows the outdoor passage on the first floor, near Arena Square. If you head to the opposite side of where the whale show takes place, you’ll easily find your way.
A little tip—at every hour on the dot, a massive LED whale show is performed at Arena Square. Since it’s free, make sure you don’t miss it when you visit. It’s one of those signature experiences that makes Inspire Hotel & Resort feel more like an entertainment complex than just a place to stay.
Finding HiFi
From Arena Square, simply walk down the street, and on the left-hand side, you’ll come across HiFi, one of the resort’s casual yet trendy restaurants.

What We Ordered
The menu at HiFi is surprisingly extensive, so rather than list everything, I’ll focus on the dishes we tried.
🍲 Seafood Sujebi
I’m usually not much of a sujebi fan, but this one changed my mind. The broth was rich, the noodles had a great texture, and the clams were so fresh that the flavors came alive in every bite.
🍜 Seafood Ramen
This was the star of the meal. Packed with scallops, octopus, and giant shrimp, the ramen was more of a seafood feast than a noodle dish. Honestly, it felt like there was more seafood than ramen—a first for me. The spicy broth paired perfectly with the fresh ingredients, making it absolutely satisfying.
🌶️ Tteokbokki
Recommended by a friend who works at Inspire, this dish didn’t disappoint. Sweet, spicy, and loaded with chewy rice cakes, it was the perfect comfort food side to balance out the seafood dishes.
Atmosphere
HiFi has more of a pub-style interior, giving it a laid-back yet lively vibe. That said, it still worked perfectly for a family meal with kids. You could easily imagine enjoying a casual dinner here with the family, or coming back later in the evening for drinks with friends.
