Taereung Maekgalbi, consisting of two buildings in the form of a cabin, is still referred to by some as Taeneung Maekgalbi, and the name Taeneung is also registered on Naver.

Pork King Fork: The signature menu of Taereung Maekgalbi. It is not overly seasoned and burns well, making it easy to grill.

Side Dishes: There is no significant difference in side dishes from typical rib restaurants in Byeonae, except for the fact that Taeneung Maekgalbi itself has a tradition.

Of course, since Taeneung Maekgalbi has a long tradition, there is a certain level of confidence in pork ribs.

Korean Food is Incomplete Without Kimchi: Red Kimchi and White Kimchi

Charcoal-Set Grilled Plate: Charcoal is indeed the truth. It has good firepower, and most importantly, it enhances the flavor of the meat.

The strong firepower makes it cook quickly. Despite that, it’s fascinating that the meat doesn’t burn easily. Perhaps the moderate knife cuts allow the meat to cook well even between the layers.

Taerung Maekgalbi, once famous near Taerung, moved to the outskirts of Namyangju Byeonae New Town.

The high heat allows it to be grilled well without burning. Whether it’s the griller or the well-aged Taeneung Maekgalbi meat, it’s hard to say.

It is grilled well and crispy. Both the charcoal and the grilling plate are optimized for grilling pork ribs.

The taste of pork ribs can vary depending on the person grilling them, right?

Well-cooked meat should be eaten with lettuce wraps. Put plenty of onions in the sauce and try placing a piece of meat on it.

After-Meal Rest Area: You can also enjoy a cup of coffee and sometimes it can be a fun play area for children.

Although it is artificially made, the small stream can be a small water play area for children on summer days.

Just looking at it is healing in itself.

This place boasts a long tradition of pork ribs. Perhaps, in the past, there were many pear trees around, and the use of pears in aging the meat may have contributed to the popularity of pork ribs in the area.

[Personal Review] Near Bumamdong and Unamdong, there used to be many pork rib restaurants, but recently they seem to be gradually scattering.

In the past, this area was a pear orchard and pear production area, but due to regional development, the number of pear trees has decreased.

The pear-matured pork ribs in Byeolnae may gradually diminish.
