Ojingeo sundae is a traditional Korean dish made by stuffing minced fresh squid, pork, vegetables, and seasoned mixture of rice flour into pig intestines. It is then boiled or steamed, and often fried until crispy on the outside and moist inside. This cooking method enhances its savory flavor. Ojingeo sundae is popularly enjoyed in regions like Sokcho, Gangneung, and Donghae in Gangwon Province, with Sokcho Central Market being renowned for its top spots to savor this dish.
