Sometimes, when I don’t feel like eating at home, I visit Suyuri Udon House.
I’m curious about the place where you can comfortably taste the broth with seaweed and green onions in a bowl at Suyuri Udon House.

Reservation The place I visited this time is located in the food alley near Sanggye Station.
Parking is difficult, but it’s close to the subway station and is located in the center of a bustling area.
This place opens early, so early that you might wonder, “Did it open this early?”

(Closed on Sundays; I happened to pass by on a Sunday and found out it was a day off)

You can choose Suyuri Udon menu through a kiosk with a system that accepts both card and cash payments. Honestly, I initially thought it was a system that only accepted card payments.

Among them, the pickled radish side dish was the most delicious.
The crunchy and spicy pickled radish side dish was my favorite.
Easy-to-take Yubu soup
I don’t know how much I ate before the main menu came out.
I usually like broth, and the Yubu soup with anchovy broth suits my taste perfectly.
And I prefer places that provide unlimited self-service without being noticed.

You must try the thickly rolled Gimbap, a signature menu item at Suyuri Udon House.

A generously sized Gimbap that feels like it’s going to burst
Filled with vegetables, it had a good texture and was cost-effective.
Bibim Guksu
The taste was great, and it was reasonably good.
But Jjolmyeon was even better.
If you think Jjolmyeon sauce is similar to Bibim Guksu sauce, you’re mistaken.
Udon
Udon with anchovy broth and Yubu that goes well together, topped with green onions, sesame seeds, and seaweed.
Personally, since Suyuri Udon House’s menu provides anchovy broth as a self-refill system, I prefer not to order Udon and opt for other menu items without broth.

(Order management is possible with both card and cash, and you just need to wait with a number tag.)
